We had a very successful day of training on Saturday May 6th in our Cork Office with Marie Delaney from The Learning Harbour entitled 'The effects of disrupted attachment on learning and behaviour'. This was well attended by foster carers, staff and teachers.

Five Rivers Fostering recently held a very productive new beginnings training in our Kilkenny office. We had 16 young people attend a very enjoyable training event that helps children who foster prepare for the exciting world of fostering. There were a range of age groups present on the date and all the young people were involved in a host of different activities that increases their awareness and understanding in relation to fostering. We think you will see from the photos that there was a great day had by all.
